Master's Program

To be eligible to submit the master's thesis, students must have received acceptance of a conference paper or journal article derived from their thesis work at a national or international conference/publication. The accepted paper or article must include the student's affiliated institution(s), and Istanbul Technical University (ITU) must be listed among the institutional affiliations.

During their master's studies, students must complete the required total course credits as follows:

a) At least 50% of the total credits must be earned from required courses.

b) At least 30% of the total credits must be earned from courses taught in English.
